GRT Week at a Glance Newsletter is published by Mark Huber and staff for people focusing on becoming galactically awake and aware.
Our intention is to share experiences and information relating to accountability, NESARA (the National Economic Security and Reformation Act), First Contact, and Ascension.
Our intelligence sources are collectively known as “Faction 3.” Faction 3 includes the Ashtar Command and its Earth allies, some of whom operate at 38 levels of secrecy above the President.
Other sources of information include: Mother Sekhmet, Lady Master Nada (President of the Solar Tribunal), the King of Swords (who represents the physical template of Admiral Sananda), and St. Germain (who has been preparing humans for Ascension since the fall of Atlantis).
Who Has the Power to Announce and Enforce NESARA?
KOS has the defacto authority, granted by the International Court of Justice at the Hague in 1999, to get NESARA Announced and the power to use his Martial Law authority "as needed." (Oct. 16, 2008.)
Lady Master Nada—previously appointed by the ICJ/World Court as International Special Prosecutor with authority to take whatever actions are required, including dissolving our Supreme Court and unsealing all 10,000 indictments and ordering arrests--is thereby the top Officer of the World Court and can override any order of that or any other court. As President of the Solar Tribunal and as NESARA's "Postal Lady", she is the ONLY one who can order NESARA's Announcement and authorize deliveries of funds. (July 11, 2008.)
We are at this moment actually under the joint jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice/World Court and the President of the Solar Tribunal {Lady Master Nada} who has been appointed by the ICJ as Special Prosecutor with power to arrest the indicted ones; dissolve our corrupt judiciary and Announce NESARA. Agents from Interpol and ICJ are present in D.C. Along with the 82nd Airborne and others. We have been well advised that galactic ships are over every major city and will decloak when the signal is given. (May 27, 2008.)
NO one gets any money until Lady Master Nada makes her Announcement on TV, at which time she will tell us the date of release that will be within 72 hours of her announcement. She is Special Prosecutor authorized by the Solar Tribunal, of which she is President, and the ICJ. She is expected to dissolve our Supreme Court; appoint Patrick Fitz as Acting AG and then authorize the arrests/removals of all cited ones. (May 27, 2008.)
The legal means to take us through this denouement was set in place in 1999 by the ICJ at which time St Germaine and the King of Swords/head of the worldwide militia of 4,000,000 men + 40,000 Galactic-humans, were given the power to prosecute and take such actions as are required to remove the corrupt ones and to insure that the whole planet is prepared for upshift into the 5Dimension, in the short time left in this cycle. “Public Reaction” to NESARA’s Announcement
First, understand what the context will be. We will have had the arrests of up to 100,000 indicted ones announced on TV. We will have had some information about the galactic presence followed by decloakings 'in support' of these actions.
She will then begin 36 hours of informing the public of what's been happening; what is happening; how the required changes will impact everyone's work, life, friends and families. The outline of the New Economic system for the whole planet will be also given so that everyone, everywhere can see that they are included; that their interests and concerns have been taken into consideration in the detailed plans to upgrade life on this whole planet.
There will always be a small percentage that will want to doubt and imagine only their worst fears. Through the radiant presence of the ships most will feel joy and hope permeating their being and opening their heart's to their own inner, soul-knowing... as if a heavy veil had been lifted from their consciousness.
The ongoing DNA upgrades will be reaching inner discernible levels around the same time and especially as the ships decloak. I can't over-estimate the importance of that experience.
Positive Shock, Awe and Joy, will be the most prevalent experience.
The ships will stay decloaked throughout the announcements' many revelations over a 3 day period...and beyond. Momentary doubts will diminish as they are helped to understand that their lives will be much enriched and stimulated by the wondrous changes.
The ships are more than capable of non-violently assisting ones in confusion or shock in those initial hours. In addition, all of us will be anchoring our own knowing and radiating our own joyful welcome and eagerness and that will be what is most needed by these ones to find their own balance. First Contact “Ettiquette”
As with any individuals, in this or other dimensions, you need to ask. Most will choose not to imbibe our products which are highly laced with toxic chemicals. Chemtrails make most field grown crops including teas and coffees toxic.
On board the ships they have clean, clear and non-toxic items which can taste, smell and look just like ours, but which are made of nutritious and non-toxic substances. Their alcohol is non-toxic although it tastes and has an uplifting--rather than depressing--effect on your spirit. We would highly recommend you avail yourself of the Pleiadian Champagne and Vega Wafers. Mother Sekhmet like's Killian's Irish Red Beer. Others like Earl Grey Tea, Royal Jasmine Tea, Chai tea, Green tea, etc. and some have been known to savor a cup of Turkish or Espresso coffee!
You can ask them for their favorites and then see what you have in that category. They'll appreciate your asking, even if they don't want anything.
Ones who had earth embodiments in different cultures remember those favorites and can transmute anything toxic in them anyway. On board the ships you don't have bathrooms as there are no residues to dispose of. With trillions of ships overhead you can be happy that they don't.<smile>
It is quite possible that when that happens that you may well be able to telepathically communicate and receive their replies. (May 31, 2009.)

GRT-Intel will be the permanent home of the Newsletter and as such, the Newsletter will act as our "Site Ambassador".

Sleep Time “Training”
We are all 'invited' to take advantage of the training available aboard the ships during our night studies.
It varies according to the individual's mission requirements. We only study what is relevant. Also, we already exist on that level so you might say that we merge with a higher aspect during those journeys.
This year is pivotal in bringing more star seeds to an awakened status so that we are mission-ready when the veil is lifted. It's very close...and then the real fun begins. (June 2, 2009.)
NESARA’s Announcement…
I have to repeat that Ashtar and Mother and KOS all say: NO DATES; NO NUKES! In other words THEY can't tell us the date. Obama set 72 days to complete his 2nd 100 days and that expires on 7/10.
This is a process. What he was talking about is the COMPLETION of the tasks he has set to be accomplished during his second 100 days. That, by deduction, means that these accomplishments must begin this month. So, I can't answer your question as it is stated. When you hear that arrests have been made and announced on TV, you will know that the pre-requisite for the other things is at hand. We have not been told much except that we have to have 911 accountability, arrests, disclosure of Galactic Presence/involvement in our affairs and then NESARA's Announcement.
So by paying attention to what is happening around you, you will know when other things are coming up. Wednesday of this week Sibel Edmonds is starting to post other whistleblowers stories on her new website. I believe that the National Security Whistleblowers Assn. is her organization.
That is major. The Air France flight that 'disappeared' today with 228 aboard and no wreckage debris is 'mysterious' in the extreme. I'll wait for Ashtar tonight to say/not say more about this. These are escalations of events, connected with key subjects that are connected with our Announcement.
We have had strong hints that banks may close their doors--still keeping their ATMs available--for 2 weeks upon our Announcement so they can be reopened as US Treasury Banks under NESARA.
Decloaking of large numbers of ships all over the planet are expected in support of our Announcement.
All of these are tied into this process of removing the criminals from all the gov'ts and installing people of integrity and completely changing our economic system to one based on transparency and integrity
instead of greed and secrecy. (June 2, 2009.)
Anti-Gravity Technology
Most of what is written in standard texts is like describing an elephant by a blind man.
Universal physics involves understanding of holographic principles, hyperdimensional physics and quantum entanglements to name just a few. Nanites are rarely even mentioned and intelligence as described is woefully inadequate.
Now combine several or more of these and you cross dimensional boundaries we will soon be equipped to consider as we regain our multi-dimensional awareness.
Non-ordinary reality is what we're moving towards.
Our secret government scientists are involved in 5th generation anti-gravity and quantum entanglement uses and devices.
A big gulf exists at this moment.
Before this year is ended we will be using some of these 'higher dimensional physics principles' in our everyday lives, and think nothing of it. (June 3, 2009.)

MH: There are many whistleblowers and ones like Stephen Bassett/Edgar Mitchell, etc. who are conducting public and private efforts to 'force' Obama to disclose more.
Mother Sekhmet has spoken of several related efforts, including Obama's address tomorrow in Cairo, Egypt to the whole Muslim world, while warning Israel to back off any aggressive moves in the Mideast. Israel replied that if we cut off their funds they would attack Iran. Obama replied that, in that case Israel would be attacked. This is all staged for public consumption, as poker players betting and bluffing during a high stakes card game.
You well know that Ashtar has said NO NUKES! Wars are ALL ending now.
A related event, as we discussed at the beginning of Ashtar on the Road, last night, was the Air France airbus with 228 passengers aboard that 'flew into a portal' and were taken aboard a starship and are all safe and will be returned at the appropriate time...for maximum benefit in this disclosure project. It was an escalation of the disclosure process.
If Obama doesn't do more soon others will. France, China and Russia have all signaled that they are 'interested' in revealing something more publicly.

Making Sense of What “Appears” to be Whale and Dolphin “Suicides”
You might want to check out materials on this subject written/channeled by Robert Shapiro in Hawaii. He also talks about many other types of beings in his books.
On a short note basis, we do know that the military's use of underwater explosions and high power sonar along with changes in the ley lines of the planet are also involved. Some have stated that these ones are trying to warn us to change our ways as life is intimately connected with sea life forms and ecology.
The whales and the dolphins are planetary record keepers and are eager to turn that role over to us. We were supposed to have relieved them some time ago. Many of the dolphins and whales were humanoid from Pleiades and Sirius and we hear that they will be reincarnating in humanoid form again on Terra Nova.
As with us, they are completing their voluntary earth assignment so that we can all ascend with the planet.
We'll meet again on Terra Nova (The New Earth).

The reason is that whales, dolphins, amphibians, birds, and even insects all navigate to their breeding ground or migration areas each year via the magnetic grid of the planet! Each group follows the ley lines of magnetic influence, almost as if they had a built-in compass. In fact, they actually do!
The magnetic grid of this planet has changed so much, so quickly, as we told you it would in 1989, that there hasn't been time for the pods of whales to adjust with time to these changes. Instead, many simply follow the old magnetic lines of migration, only to find themselves on a beach instead of the open ocean, as the old magnetic direction used to take them. They're confused, and they simply line up and try again, just as they have for years. These things are temporary, and as tragic as you might see them, it's all part of "pruning" the system, and the calves will go around in the future, establishing new instinctive information for the new whales regarding the grid changes. Financial “Credit” in the Post NESARA World
We are responsible for all that we create. Nonetheless, if the intention is not to take from another without an exchange, the situation will not incur any long term problem as the credit system is now based on fraud and that will, under NESARA, be forgiven and the records expunged.
As you said, many hard working lightworkers have been coerced into the credit card trap, which is being eliminated with NESARA's announcement.
Until that happens everyone has to cope as best they can. The same is true of many educated middle class families who have lost their jobs, cars and homes and were forced to resort to use of credit cards to provide for their families while seeking solutions.
The issue is spiritual not financial. If the soul record is 51% positive and their behavior was not intended to take from another without exchange of energies, there will be no penalty.
We are at the absolute bottom of this process and already the corrections are working themselves up through the layers of controller’s traps. Dismantling those practices, policies and draconian usury systems is at the top of the list of changes ready to be announced.

That's just one of the reasons that divine intervention and NESARA are in process. (June 4, 2009.)

We would like to thank all of you who have been involved in the tireless service of providing such outstanding information and presenting different mediums for all of us who thirst for it.
From us, the website team, we want you to know that it is a true honor to serve. We believe it was a Miracle that enabled us to pull this website together in the short amount of time it took. There is no other way to say it: We had many Heavenly Helpers. During this process, we formed friendships, supported each other, and grew tremendously in the process. There were many nights short on sleep, and many Skype conference calls and chats together. And, there was nothing we would rather have been doing!
We started with the "Jewel," the articles. We categorized them into topics and "filed" them under the most appropriate ones. We included a search feature at the top of each page that--when Google indexes the site within the next several hours or days--will enable everyone to search by keywords. For now, you can use the search function at the Yahoo Group Sites, but we expect the search to be operational within a week.) Finally, we tried to set the "jewel" in a setting that would not detract from it. We think we succeeded!There are still posts yet to be added to the database and this will be an ongoing maintenance endeavor. We also plan to enhance the website with links to conference call MP3s and typewritten transcriptions in the very near future. And, of course, we will be hosting the Week-at-a-Glance Newsletter.
