4. Will all of the underground bases under the U.S.A be eliminated?
No. These D.U.M.B. [deep underground military bunkers] facilities will be very useful for positive projects once they are 'sterilized of the toxic stuff' and inhabitants. $Trillions has been spent on their development. Cities of 5000 exist as part of the Secret Labs, etc. The Ashtar Command has taken over several of these and they are now usable for positive projects. Planet-wide high speed, non-polluting tunnels with ports under most major cities exist and will be available quickly after First Contact makes it safe from reptilians and cabalistas who only have access to the tunnels they have bored several miles below the surface versus up to 800 hundred miles deep for the Agartha network transportation system in use for many eons of time.
