If you are ready and have no fear, you will have many opportunities coming up to send/receive some greetings. You are already on their Contactee list.
Just close your eyes, day or night, and internally ground and center yourself.
Then see a heart-beam going from your heart-3rd eye feeling and sending pulses of Welcome, Welcome, Welcome surrounded by Pink & Violet with gold. Wait and repeat for 5 Seconds until you feel or see some colors touching your heart. Then open your eyes and see where that is coming from. Send thanks and ask for more contact when appropriate. Just feel your own joy, love and reciprocity build and then be released.
The rest will happen with ease. They already know the nature of your soul frequency and home and will connect you with those most resonant with your vibration. It will be increasingly encouraged over the coming days and with Announcement we will see many, many decloaking fully.

As the ships decloak there will be a major upshift and activation of our higher/inner awareness due to their higher dimensional radiant field. This will be magnified even more when landings begin. We will all experience a surge of inner activations that will result in the type of experiences you are asking about.
This is not planetary ascension and yet it will seem almost that dramatic a change in our inner perceptual expansion, which will then allow us to bring more abilities into our work.
They will give us no dates and yet Mother Sekhmet stated on 3/19 CC that this inner jumpstart could very well occur during this current 21-day period. As One is activated all will feel potentials they may have considered impossible becoming available to them.
The step-up in our personal awakening process is not stopping for anything or anyone. (March 23, 2009.)

Our best and latest info is that MASSIVE NUMBERS (MILLIONS) OF SHIPS WILL DECLOAK, SIMULTANEOUSLY, OVER ALL THE MAJOR CITIES OF THE PLANET, so that no one can say: I don't believe they are here, there, or even exist. The spontaneous reaction to massive decloaking will deeply affect consciousness in a single simultaneous event, everywhere, and absolutely will expose the coverup of galactic presence.
As to numbers she replied that there will be TRILLIONS OF SHIPS INVOLVED, not one or a few, and NOT on a specific date. (Oct. 25, 2008.)
What etiquette is involved with their arrival? As with any individuals, in this or other dimensions, you need to ask. Most will choose not to imbibe our products which are highly laced with toxic chemicals. Chemtrails make most field grown crops including teas and coffees toxic.
On board the ships they have clean, clear and non-toxic items which can taste, smell and look just like ours, but which are made of nutritious and non-toxic substances. Their alcohol is non-toxic although it tastes and has an uplifting--rather than depressing--effect on your spirit. We would highly recommend you avail yourself of the Pleiadian Champagne and Vega Wafers. Mother Sekhmet like's Killian's Irish Red Beer. Others like Earl Grey Tea, Royal Jasmine Tea, Chai tea, Green tea, etc. and some have been known to savor a cup of Turkish or Espresso coffee!
You can ask them for their favorites and then see what you have in that category. They'll appreciate your asking, even if they don't want anything.
Ones who had earth embodiments in different cultures remember those favorites and can transmute anything toxic in them anyway. On board the ships you don't have bathrooms as there are no residues to dispose of. With trillions of ships overhead you can be happy that they don't.<smile>
It is quite possible that when that happens that you may well be able to telepathically communicate and receive their replies. (May 31, 2009.)
